I've been deep in the wine world for years, and along the way I've helped restaurants, bars, and bottle shops figure out their wine programs, menus, branding, and online presence.
What that looks like depends on you. Sometimes it's building a wine list from scratch. Sometimes it's helping a new concept find its voice. Sometimes it's designing a website or setting up a social presence that actually feels like the place it represents.
I signed up for WSET Level 1 and never bothered to take the test. I'm not a sommelier. I do run a marketing agency by day, but this side of things is more personal. I'm somewhere in between formal credentials and real experience, and that's usually exactly what people need.
